(1) Take the key hanging on the electrical panel inside the apartment
(2) Head outside and walk to 137 Corso Calatafimi
(3) Use the key you just grabbed to open the door..
(4) Head inside, and on the bottom right you'll see the utility cabinets with the main electric meters. Look for the meter labeled "Raspante" and flip the switch back up to restore power.
